Kazakhstan reports 775 new daily coronavirus and 94 pneumonia cases

AKIPRESS.COM - Kazakhstan has registered 775 new coronavirus cases for the past day, the Ministry of Health reported.
These new cases included 122 in Nur-Sultan, 105 in Almaty, 75 in Atyrau and Pavlodar regions each, 61 in Almaty region, 59 in Kostanai region, 56 in North Kazakhstan region, 42 in East Kazakhstan region, 32 in West Kazakhstan region, 30 in Karaganda region, 15 in Jambylr egion, 12 in Shymkent, 11 in Turkestan region, 8 in Aktobe region, 7 in Kyzylorda region, 5 in Mangistau region.
The total number of confirmed coronavirus cases reached 159,819.
810 daily recoveries from coronavirus infection were registered for a day. The total number of recoveries reached 146,789.
94 new coronavirus pneumonia cases were registered. 100 patients recovered from pneumonia, 6 died.
Since August 1, the total number of coronavirus pneumonia cases reached 46,114. The total number of recoveries made 33,575. The death toll made 519.
22,918 patients still receive treatment from coronavirus infection, including 10,722 from coronavirus infection and 12,109 from coronavirus peumonia.
5,208 patients remain in hospitals. 286 of them are serious condition, 51 are in critical condition.
The total number of coronavirus and pneumonia cases reached 205,933.
