5 probes into mass riots in Bishkek on Oct 5-6 under way

AKIPRESS.COM - Five probes were launched into mass riots that took place on October 5-6, 2020 in Bishkek center, said head of the Investigation Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Syrgak Aitkurmanov. More than 3,000 people, including politicians, CEC members, businessmen and police officers were questioned by investigators.
No details can be disclosed now, he said.
"There are already suspects," he added without naming them.
