In case of stable COVID-19 situation, all school and kindergartens will resume normal operation before February 1, he added.
"Probably, high school students will resume offline classes since January 15. We need to look at the regions. As you know, the UK stain of coronavirus infection affects young people mostly. We should be very careful," the acting mayor said.
