Disciplinary commission receives request for criminal prosecution of Kyrgyz Supreme Court Chair

AKIPRESS.COM - The disciplinary commission under the Judicial Council received a request for criminal prosecution for Supreme Court Chairperson Gulbara Kalieva from the General Prosecutor's Office.
The document is under consideration, the press service of the Judicial Council told AKIpress on December 30.
The State National Security Committee said earlier it revealed proof of Supreme Court Chair Gulbara Kalieva's involvement into corruption in development and introduction of the Local Court information system. The Committee said Gulbara Kalieva will be prosecuted in case the disciplinary commission approves prosecution.
