75 criminal probes against Ministry of Health employees launched, financial police chief says

AKIPRESS.COM - 75 criminal probes against employees of the Ministry of Health have been launched, said financial police chief Syimyk Japykeev on December 10 at the coordination meeting of law enforcement, fiscal and other authorities on anti-corruption issues.
State suffered a particularly large damage from health workers during the fight against coronavirus, he said.
He reminded that ex-Minister of Health Kosmosbek Cholponbayev is in custody.
"Public workers violated the law because of small salary or by order of top managers," he said.
