Atambayev's supporters gather near Supreme Court

AKIPRESS.COM - Supporters of former President Almazbek Atambayev gathered in front of the Supreme Court on Nov 30.
More than 50 people are waiting for the trial to begin. The case concerns illegal release of crime boss Aziz Batukayev from prison. The two previous trials were postponed due to the judges' illness.
Within this case, the court sentenced Atambayev to 11.2 years in prison.
MP Irina Karamushkina, Atambayev's children Seid Atambayev and Aliya Shagiyeva are among those gathered.
