Universities may be reopened in Kyrgyzstan after New Year's day

AKIPRESS.COM - Universities will be reopened in Kyrgyzstan after New Year's day, Deputy Prime Minister Elvira Surabaldieva said on Twitter.
Reopening of kindergartens is still considered, there are many aspects in urban areas that should be taken into account, she said.
"The question is whether we will cope with the mass coming of patients in serious condition (elderly people and people with chronic diseases) in hospitals," she said.
Universities remain closed in Kyrgyzstan since late March due to coronavirus pandemic.
