Acting PM, Chinese Ambassador to have consultations on movement of goods across the borders

AKIPRESS.COM - Acting Prime Minister Artem Novikov said at a meeting of the parliament committee that he will have consultations with the Ambassador of China on border crossing issues.
"We've already held several consultations, meetings with the authorities," he added.
The current situation is mainly linked to the epidemiological situation, the acting Prime Minister explained.
Last week the Ministry of Foreign Affairs held talks, the work is under way, he said.
"We understand the complexity of the situation and hope that in the near future the issue will be resolved," he said.
There are restrictions on the movement of goods in Kyrgyzstan too, he added. "Alternative ways of goods receipt for business are being worked out with the State Customs Service," said Novikov.
