230 convicts pardoned and released from prisons under Japarov's order

AKIPRESS.COM - 230 convicts were pardoned and released from prisons, prison terms were shortened for 38 prisoners, according to the State Penitentiary Service.
The pardoning order was signed by Sadyr Japarov.
The State Penitentiary Service earlier sent more than 1,800 pardon applications to the pardon secretariat under the President of Kyrgyzstan.
"Their consideration is ongoing. The decisions on those applications are pending," the State Penitentiary Service said.
