COVID-19 reinfections not confirmed in Kyrgyzstan - Health Ministry

AKIPRESS.COM - COVID-19 reinfections were not confirmed, Health Minister Alymkadyr Beishenaliev told a press conference on November 17.
No Covid-19 reinfections were registered in the country, the Health Minister said.
On October 19, head of Bishkek sanitary and epidemiological control department Kuban Kundashev reported about 7 Covid-19 reinfections in Bishkek.
Deputy Health Minister Nurbolot Usenbaev said 7 cases were registered in Bishkek, when patients had coronavirus symptoms second time after earlier coronavirus infection.
"We may talk about repeated emission of virus, which may be emitted up to 90 days. These symptoms are possible with antibodies in organism. It is possible that this is the result of incomplete rehabilitation. All these cases should be thoroughly studied," Deputy Health Minister Usenbaev said.
