Newly constructed maternity department of Tokmok hospital inaugurated

AKIPRESS.COM - The opening ceremony of the new maternity department was held in Tokmok territorial hospital on November 16, the Ministry of Health reported.
Construction of the maternity department was financed by the Public Association As-Safa Center in the amount of 57 million soms (around $672,000).
A new 2-floor building of the maternity department is intended for 30 beds. It includes 2 delivery rooms, operating room, intensive care unit for newborns, room for medical personnel. The building has an elevator, all necessary medical equipment and furniture, including ultrasound machine, ventilator, CPAP machine, incubators, recirculators, vein visor, monitors for newborns, delivery chair, beds, wardrobes, changing tables.
