Newspaper editor-in-chief submits documents to Central Election Commission to run in presidential elections

AKIPRESS.COM - Toktaim Umetalievs submitted documents to the Central Election Commission to run in the snap presidential elections as a self-nominated candidate.
Toktaim Umetalieva, 58, is editor-in-chief of the children's newspaper Ai-Danek.
The Central Election Commission received documents from 23 self-nominated presidential candidates. One candidate, political expert Bakyt Baketaev recalled his documents.
