AKIPRESS.COM - Resumption of flights with Russia will be discussed during today's telephone talks, said acting President, Prime Minister Sadyr Japarov on November 12 at the press conference in Bishkek.
"There are no obstacles on our part on this issue. The issue is under consideration of the Russian side," he said.
