Kazakhstan reports 613 new coronavirus and 161 pneumonia cases

AKIPRESS.COM - Kazakhstan registered 613 positive tests for coronavirus infection for the past 24 hours.
These new cases included 253 in East Kazakhstan region, 64 in Pavlodar region, 55 in Kostanai region, 45 in Nur Sultan, 44 in West Kazakhstan region, 38 in Akmola region, 32 in Almaty, 29 in North Kazakhstan region, 16 in Karaganda region, 15 in Atyrau region, 9 in Almaty region, 5 in Jambyl region, 4 in Aktobe region, 3 in Shymkent, 1 in Turkestan region.
The total number of confirmed coronavirus cases in the country reached 115,439.
191 recoveries from coronavirus infection for the past 24 hours brought the total number of recoveries to 105,530.
161 pneumonia cases with coronavirus symptoms were registered for the past 24 hours. 64 patients recovered from pneumonia, 2 died.
Since August 1, the total number of pneumonia cases made 38,882. The death toll from pneumonia reached 408. Some 29,079 patients recovered in total.
