AKIPRESS.COM - On November 4 and 5, Mongolia conducted 1068 tests for coronavirus and 4 people tested positive, said Director of the National Center of Communicable Diseases (NCCD) Dulmaa Nyamkhuu.
Those 4 new cases included 2 truck drivers - men aged 30 and 48, citizens of Belarus, a 19-year-old boy who arrived from New Delhi on October 20 and a nurse treating patients with COVID-19 at the National Center of Communicable Diseases (NCCD).
"Doctors and nurses work in teams for 14 days to treat patients with coronavirus. After their shift, they are isolated for 14 days. Coronavirus was detected during the control examination of the nurses in 14-day isolation. We have now taken control of the team and are continuing the observation," Nyamkhuu said.
The country's tally reached 356, including 314 recoveries and 0 deaths.
