Fence surrounding Kyrgyz Parliament building being dismantled

AKIPRESS.COM - Dismantling of the fence surrounding the Parliament building, which is shared by the Parliament and President's Office, has started in Bishkek.
"Sadyr Japarov offered dismantling to the Speaker. Speaker Talant Mamytov instructed me to remove the fence. The land is in the jurisdiction of the mayor's office, this is why we are dismantling the fence. As far as I know, the President will not be seated in this building anymore, only Parliament will be here. After dismantling we will start planting greenery," acting mayor Balbak Tulobaev said.
The fence will be taken to the warehouse.
Dismantling may last until tomorrow, the mayor suggested.
The part of the fence on the cross of Chui and Panfilov streets with plaques with victims of April 2010 events will be kept.
