Mirziyoyev to make video address during opening ceremony of China's International Import Expo

AKIPRESS.COM - President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will make video address during the opening ceremony of the 3rd China International Import Expo in Shanghai at the invitation of Chinese President Xi Jinping.
President Mirziyoyev will talke about important aspects of expansion of bilateral trade and economic cooperation, joint COVID-19 response, the president's press service reported.
Several other foreign leaders and heads of government will make addresses as well.
The third China International Import Expo will take place in Shanghai on November 5-10, 2020. The Expo is China's invitation to governments, businesses, exhibitors and professional purchasers all over the world to participate in the importing of goods and services to satisfy fast growing consumer markets.
The event is held with support of the Ministry of Commerce of China and the government of Shanghai. It will be held under auspices of WTO, UNIDO.
3,617 companies from over 150 countries participated in China International Import Expo in 2018. Over 406,000 professionals visited the Expo.
