Kyrgyzstan requests financial assistance from Kazakhstan for budget support

AKIPRESS.COM - Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Ruslan Kazakbayev met with Kazakh Prime Minister Askar Mamin on October 29 as part of his working trip to Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan, the Foreign Ministry's press service reported.
Government of Kyrgyzstan will take necessary measures to ensure security of Kazakh investments in Kyrgyzstan in line with the legislation of the country, Kazakbayev noted.
Kazakbayev asked Kazakhstan to consider the possibility of providing financial assistance to support the budget of the country and ensure food security amid current social and economic situation in Kyrgyzstan in the post-crisis period.
Parties agreed to organize bilateral meetings at the highest and high level in the nearest future.
