"I would like to say that this question was not raised at official meetings in a bilateral or multilateral format. I answered that the Kyrgyz side, taking into account our strategic partnership, membership in the CSTO, is always ready to consider such issues. Of course, the matter will be considered within the framework of the Constitution and legislation of Kyrgyzstan if official appeal made by the CSTO or Russia," the Minister said.
But no such appeal was made so far, he added.
