AKIPRESS.COM - Acting President Sadyr Japarov commented on appointment of Balbak Tulobaev as acting mayor of Bishkek in an interview with KTRK.
"Balbak Tulobaev will remain acting mayor of Bishkek until the Bishkek local council elects a new mayor," Sadyr Japarov stated.
