AKIPRESS.COM - Balbak Tulobaev has become acting mayor of Bishkek, first vice mayor Nariman Tyuleyev said.
Tyuleyev said he would resign as first vice mayor officially now.
Balbak Tulobaev earlier held the post of Issyk-Kul region governor and before that post he was chief of staff of the mayor's office of Bishkek.
