Ambassador of Japan to Turkmenistan completes diplomatic mission in Ashgabat

AKIPRESS.COM - Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov received Ambassador of Japan to Turkmenistan Mr. Katsumata Takahiko as he is completing his diplomatic mission in the country. The diplomats highly appraised the Turkmen-Japanese partnership and underlined its rich content. The expansion of the political-diplomatic contacts on the highest levels was emphasized. In this regard, the significance of the visits of the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to Japan was especially noted which has become a turning point in further strengthening of bilateral collaboration on a wide spectrum posing mutual interest.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan expressed gratitude to the Ambassador for the contribution in the development of bilateral Turkmen-Japanese cooperation.
Ambassador Katsumata Takahiko thanked the leadership of the country and the MFA for multifaceted support and assistance for efficient implementation of his diplomatic mission in Turkmenistan.
