AKIPRESS.COM - The State Registration Service said Raiymbek Matraimov changed his surnamed, but he did not receive new ID-card. "Because of the watchdog card on the ban on issuing documents for the abovementioned citizen, the ID was not issued," the State Registration Service said.
His passport data were withdrawn from the central public administration center of Osh city, the State Registration Service reported on October 20.
Raim Matraimov changed his surname into Ysmaiylov.
