AKIPRESS.COM - President Sooronbai Jeenbekov has signed the order appointing Keneshbek Duishebaev Security Council Secretary.
Duishebaev held the posts of the Interior Minister, State National Security Committee.
He was Deputy Secretary General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in 2013-2015.
