AKIPRESS.COM - All schools will be disinfected on October 5 after the parliamentary election day, Prime Minister Kubatbek Boronov said at the meeting of the nation-wide operative team for coronavirus containment.
He reminded the schools will reopen for students of grades 2-6 after the 4 October parliamentary elections.
"We all know that many polling stations are situated in schools. For this reason traditional classes will restart since October 6, one day after the elections. Each school, especially those used as polling stations, will be thoroughly disinfected. We should protect our children from COVID-19," the Prime Minister said.
Boronov said all educational institutions should comply with protocols developed by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education.
