Jeenbekov hopes Russia's COVID-19 vaccine to be available for Kyrgyzstan

AKIPRESS.COM - "Kyrgyzstan always feels support of Russia as of a true friend, strategic partner," President Sooronbai Jeenbekov said at the meeting with President Vladimir Putin in Sochi.
"We especially felt it during this uneasy time. Thanks to you, epidemiological situation was stabilized in the country and support to our citizens staying in Russia was provided," Jeenbekov said.
President Jeenbekov congratulated Russia with registration of the world's first coronavirus vaccine.
"Hopefully, the Russian vaccine will be available to citizens of Kyrgyzstan," Jeenbekov said.
President Sooronbai Jeenbekov arrived in Sochi on a working visit on September 28.
