Mongolia, EBRD discuss energy projects

AKIPRESS.COM - Minister of Energy of Mongolia N.Tavinbekh has held a virtual meeting with representatives of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), briefly discussing the energy projects and programs included in the Government's Action Program, Montsame reports. The EBRD representatives expressed pleasure with the country's plans to increase renewable energy sources. Minister N.Tavinbekh noted the importance of extending and newly building structures connecting consumers to the source, in particular, accelerating the Choir-Sainshand transmission line construction project.
