Kyrgyzstan to receive first flu vaccine in mid-September

AKIPRESS.COM - The first consignment of flu vaccine will arrive in Kyrgyzstan in mid-September, the Ministry of Health reported.
Flu vaccines will be supplied until November.
Flu vaccination will start since late September and will be continued until the end of November.
The vaccine will be distributed among all regions (districts, towns). Shots will be made at family medicine centers and private healthcare providers.
Those in the risk group will be vaccinated first, including people with chronic medical conditions, pregnant, children in orphanages and residential schools, people in elderly homes, medical workers, citizens over 65 years of age.
