Sverdlovskiy district court to consider Kyrgyzstan party's appeal against CEC decision

AKIPRESS.COM - The Sverdlovskiy district court today will consider the appeal of Kyrgyzstan party against decision of the Central Election Commission.
The Central Election Commission earlier returned documents to Kyrgyzstan party barring this way the party from parliamentary elections. The documents were returned since the party's documents for registration of candidates were submitted by person other than the authorized representative of the party.
Around 100 people gathered outside court building. Representatives of Kyrgyzstan, Reforms, Chon Kazat and Ata Meken parties are present there.
