Russia to supply over 2 million doses of Sputnik V COVID-19 vaccine to Kazakhstan

AKIPRESS.COM - More than 2 million doses of Russian coronavirus vaccine Sputnik V will be supplied to Kazakhstan under the agreement signed between two countries, Russian Direct Investments Fund Director General Kiril Dmitriev said.
Possibility of increase of supplies to 5 million doses will be considered in future, he added.
The agreement of mutual understanding between the Russian Direct Investments Fund and SK Pharmacy on guaranteed allocation of Sputnik V vaccine was signed today.
The Gamaleya Epidemiology and Microbiology Research Center is ready to produce a necessary amount of vaccine doses for Kazakhstan.
