Russian medical professionals arrive in Uzbekistan to aid COVID-19 fight

AKIPRESS.COM - A group of 40 medical professionals arrived in Tashkent from Moscow.
Intensivists, pulmonologists, infectious disease specialists, cardiologists, endocrinologists, laboratory specialists will assist their Uzbek colleagues in treatment of coronavirus patients in the capital and the regions of the country for a month, the Embassy of Russia in Uzbekistan said.
Earlier similar groups of Russian medical workers visited Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
