Kyrgyz government endorses draft law extending prohibitions for judges

AKIPRESS.COM - The Kyrgyz government has endorsed the draft of the constitutional law on making changes in the constitutional law on status of judges on August 6.
The draft law was sent to the Parliament for consideration.
The provisions on actions prohibited for judges have been added to the draft law.
Thus, judges are proposed to be prohibited to buy securities, shares and stakes in charter capitals of foreign business entities; to make deals in cash for the sum exceeding the estimate indicator 1,000 times.
