Introduction of e-prescribing planned in Bishkek before year end

AKIPRESS.COM - Electronic medical prescriptions will be launched in Bishkek before the end of 2020, Compulsory Health Insurance Fund Chair Elnura Boronobaeva said.
The Health Insurance Fund started step-wise digitalization of the information system on subsidized prescriptions to move it online since 2019, she said.
Healthcare organizations in Issyk-Kul and Osh regions, Osh used e-prescribing system already, she said.
These are primary health care providers, she added.
