AKIPRESS.COM - Police detained a young man suspected of fraud.
The police received a report from a woman in Bishkek, who said the young man promised to bring oxygen concentrator, took $300 from her and disappeared.
The police located a 23-year-old native of Tyup district. He was taken into custody.
The young man is suspected of 5 similar frauds.
