AKIPRESS.COM - Former governor of Issyk-Kul region Akylbek Osmonaliyev has been appointed first vice chief of staff of the Prime Minister's Office.
Osmonaliyev has been Issyk-Kul region governor since August 2018.
Osmonaliyev replaced Bolot Junusov on this post.
