100 Russian doctors with special equipment to arrive in Kyrgyzstan

AKIPRESS.COM - Around 100 Russian doctors with special equipment used in COVID-19 treatment and medicines are expected to depart for Kyrgyzstan today on a plane of the Russian Ministry of Civil Defense, Emergency Situations, the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in Russia said.
The group includes physicians, cardiologists, epidemiologists, infectious disease specialists, intensivists.
Russian doctors will work in hospitals in Bishkek and Osh aiding local medical profesionals in COVID-19 battle. All of them have practical experience in treatment of patients with pneumonia and COVID-19.
Medical assistance is provided by Russia free of charge following the agreement reached between the Presidents of two countries.
