Epidemiological situation remains tense in Osh region: 925 people treated from pneumonia

AKIPRESS.COM - Epidemiological situation remains tense in Osh region, region governor Uzarbek Jylkybaev said.
925 pneumonia cases were registered in the region. The fatalities reached 40, he said.
"The number of infected people is growing daily. The number of people with pneumonia and negative PCR test results for coronavirus is increasing," the governor said.
Hospitals are filled with patients with pneumonia.
Daytime in-patient facilities with 3,000 beds in total are functioning across Osh reigon. All observation points were closed after they became unnecessary, the governor said.
