50 Damas cars and 40 lung ventilators procured for Tashkent hospitals

AKIPRESS.COM - Tashkent mayor office and the Ministry of Health purchased medical equipment and cars for hospitals, the city administration press service reports.
"Administration of Tashkent purchased 40 lung ventilators, 120 pediatric and 80 adult positive airway pressure machines, 70,000 medical suits, 70,000 masks, 200,000 overshoes, 5,000 medical hats, 3,000 protective glasses, 150,000 gloves," press service states.
They also bought 50 Damas cars. 25 of them were sent to ambulance stations, 23 to sanitary and epidemiological stations, 2 to mental hospitals.
The President of Uzbekistan rebuked the Minister of Health and Tashkent mayor for being unprepared for worsening of epidemiological situation during video conference on July 15.
