AKIPRESS.COM - On the morning of July 12, 719 new COVID-19 cases were confirmed in Kyrgyzstan, the nationwide operative team for the fight against coronavirus announced Sunday. The new cases were confirmed in Bishkek - 500; Chui region - 13; Jalal-Abad region - 96; Talas region - 6; Naryn region - 1; Issyk-Kul region - 15, Osh region - 20, Osh city -37, Batken region - 34.
These cases bring the country's tally to 10,629.
Additionally, 151 patients were discharged from hospitals after recovery within the past 24 hours. 17 patients recovered in Bishkek, 5 in Naryn region, 96 in Chui region, 5 in Osh, 15 in Batken region, 1 in Talas region, 9 in Jalal-Abad.
A total of 3387 patients recovered from coronavirus in Kyrgyzstan as of July 12 morning.
2,479 tests for COVID-19 were conducted in the past day.
