Covid-19 cases grow 6.7 times in Bishkek for a month

AKIPRESS.COM - The number of COVID-19 cases is growing in Bishkek. 150 new cases were confirmed by the morning of July 9, which brought total number of cases to 3,767.
For a month, from June 9 through July 9, the number of COVID-19 cases in Bishkek grew 6.7 times: 555 cases were recorded by June 9 that grew to 3,767 cases by July 9.
The resurgence in coronavirus cases led to introduction of restrictions: the public transport works from 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. and then from 5.00 p.m. to 9.00 pm and stops work on weekends.
Shopping centers and stores more than 100 sq m in size stay open from 7.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m.
The parks, squares, boulevards are closed to public.
