How Russian citizens in Kyrgyzstan voted for constitution amendments?

AKIPRESS.COM - Citizens of Russia in Kyrgyzstan voted in the constitutional referendum on July 1 in Bishkek.
According to Russia's Embassy, 2,875 people voted for making amendments, 318 people voted against.
The Central Election Commission of Russia reported that voter turnout in the country reached 65%, the results will be published later.
