Bishkek local council session. Half of councilors absent for health reasons

AKIPRESS.COM - 22 from 45 members of the Bishkek local council are ill, council speaker Janybek Abirov said at the extraordinary session of the Bishkek local council today.
Their illnesses are unknown, he said.
"There are written statements. Most of the councilors are ill," the speaker said.
The extraordinary session of the Bishkek local council was supposed to start at 9.00 am, but it began 2 hours later.
23 councilors are present at the session, the quorum is secured.
