Tajikistan imports over 228,000 tons of petroleum products in 5 months of 2020

AKIPRESS.COM - Production of petroleum products in Tajikistan grew by 2.5%, Avesta reported with reference to the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources.
The country produced more than 9,600 tons of oil and imported over 228,800 tons of petroleum products for more than $121.1 million for 5 months of 2020.
Tajikistan mainly imported petroleum products from Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan.
Tajikistan plans to spend around $590 million for purchase of petroleum products this year.
