Flights between Kyrgyzstan and Turkey haven't resumed yet: Embassy

AKIPRESS.COM - The Kyrgyz Embassy in Turkey said it is receiving applications from Kyrgyz citizens wanting to return home amid suspension of flights between Kyrgyzstan and Turkey due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Some Kyrgyzstanis bought tickets to Kyrgyzstan after some airlines published information on possible resumption of flights on their websites.
But the Kyrgyz Embassy said flights between Kyrgyzstan and Turkey have not yet been resumed and called on the citizens to refrain from buying tickets until official notice from the Kyrgyz government.
In March and June, the Embassy organized 5 chartered flights to Kyrgyzstan and returned 1,415 citizens.
