13,000 medical workers received compensations for 132.2 million soms in 2 months

AKIPRESS.COM - 132.3 million soms were allocated from the budget of Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund for the payment od compensations to the medical workers involved in the fight against coronavirus. According to the first deputy chairman of the Fund Klara Oskombayeva, over 13,040 medical workers received compensations.
The Health Ministry covered the compensation to the medical workers in Osh and Bishkek cities, as well as physicians state infectious hospital, Osh interregional childrens hospital, Osh city hospital, she added.
In total, the health workers on COVID-19 fight frontlines received 251.1 million soms in compensations.
