Former Vice PM to be held in custody until August 11

AKIPRESS.COM - Pervoyamay district court has prolonged consideration of criminal probe and arrest of ex-Deputy Prime Minister Duishenbek Zilaliev for 2 months.
Zilaliev was left in custody until 11 August 2020.
On December 7, 2018, Zilaliev was detained by the National Security Committee on suspicion of hiding a part of his property from his mandatory income declaration. The Committee also showed how it disclosed a bank cell of Zilaliev where he kept $889,900 cash. Zilaliev is probed for illegal wealth.
