Parliament committee passes bill banning production of plastic bags in Kyrgyzstan in 1st reading

AKIPRESS.COM - The parliamentary committee on agrarian policy, water resources and regional development of Kyrgyzstan considered the draftlaw on restricting the turnover of plastic bags in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic on June 8.
The draft law bans the import of plastic bags, production and sale of plastic bags since January 1, 2022.
The draft law was passed in the first reading.
