Kyrgyz-Turkish hospital transferred for temporary use to Kyrgyzstan

AKIPRESS.COM - Health Minister Sabirjan Abdikarimov and Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) Country Coordinator Ali Muslu discussed issues of temporary use of the Kyrgyz-Turkish Friendship state hospital for admission and treating patients with coronavirus infection and signed a protocol on transferring the hospital for temporary use over COVID-19 pandemic on June 4.
"Our goal is to assist the people of Kyrgyzstan in receiving qualitative medical care. This hospital is considered a gift to the Kyrgyz people. The hospital is fully equipped with the necessary medical equipment and will help the Kyrgyz people in the context of the coronavirus pandemic," Ali Muslu said.
"This hospital is being given to us for temporary use and it will be very useful in treating patients," said Abdikarimov and thanked the Turkish side.
