MP asks Kyrgyz government to bring students and servicemen from Russia

AKIPRESS.COM - Many students in Russia are on vacations or study online, MP Maksat Sabirov said during plenary session of the Kyrgyz Parliament today. 50 Kyrgyz students in Elista, citizens staying in Saint Petersburg, Surgut want to return home, the MP stated.
"There are many of them in Russia. Around 16,000 students from Kyrgyzstan study in Russia. Their parents are worried, ask to return them, but the government hasn't done anything," Sabirov said.
He added that servicemen that work on contracts still remain in Russia.
"You shouldn't abandon the military. They left for missions. Now they complain they are neglected because they serve under contracts," Sabirov states.
