Healthcare organizations in Kyrgyzstan have 649 functional ventilators

AKIPRESS.COM - The medical instutions of Kyrgyzstan have 649 ventilators, said the Health Minister Sabirjan Abdikarimov at the parliament meeting on June 2.
According to him, 348 ventialtors for adults, 41 for children and 21 for infants.
MP Maksat Sabirov said that Ak-Suu district has only one ventilator and wondered what if there will be more coronavirus patients who should be hooked up to ventilator.
Sabirov replied that he will clarify this information.
Lawmaker also asked to pay attention to the incompleted building of Issyk-Kul regional hospital, as well as hospitals designed for 70 patients in Cholpon-Ata.
